Spalitta and Richard Willams established S & W in 1978. The business started small with the warehouse, coolers, freezers and office space totaling only 5,000 square feet. Family Owned In 1985, Frank and Rosemary’s son, Paul, joined the company, adding his expertise and determination to strengthen the company even further. Because of this rapid growth, it was necessary for S&W to expand its facilities seven times. S&W’s warehouse, coolers, freezers and office space now totals almost 100,000 square feet. Location S & W currently services restaurants, and multi-unit franchises throughout southeast Louisiana and parts of the Mississippi Gulf coast. We have two locations. Our main warehouse is located in Hammond in its original location.
